Please read below for information on delivery costs, time-frames, how to track your order online and guidance for international shipping.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Standard New Zealand delivery to major cities is typically two business days from when your order status is complete. For rural areas please allow an extra two business days.

Please note volume has increased in the courier networks due to COVID-19, and our delivery partners have implemented additional process to keep their staff and community safe – this may result in additional time for your order to arrive.

QUARTERPAST orders are usually dispatched next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day.

Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.

We deliver via a tracked courier service – once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner: Fastways

We are unable to offer courier services to a PO Box. All deliveries need to be to a physical location.

By ordering via http://www.quarterpast.com you grant QUARTERPAST and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release QUARTERPAST from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

 

 

Unfortunately we are unable to change the address once the order has been marked “completed”.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please take the following actions:

  1. Take a photo of damage
  2. Reject the parcel from the courier
  3. Contact our customer services team by clicking here. Our team will get in touch with you to make further arrangements.

Shipping rates are calculated in NZD at point of purchase and displayed in your local currency at the daily conversion rate.

QUARTERPAST reserves the right to change the freight charges without notice.

International freight charges are subsidised by QUARTERPAST to give you the best price possible. However in the case where local taxes, duty and additional transit charges apply these will need to be paid by the customer or  maybe be on charged.
